| "CARACOLAS" HORN BLOWING COMPETITION |
"Caracolas" are the instrument used by hunting people in Spain to call dogs. Contest of trying to sound them opened to all visitors.
- The competition is open to all the Hound trainers that may request it 15 days before the fair takes place.
- If the applications received exceed the maximum number, which is 24, they would be short-listed.
- There will be two groups of four Competitors everyday, and the best of each group will be selected for the final Competition to be held on the closing day of the fair.
- The panel of judges which will be made up of members of the hound trainers, Association and other recognised Organizations will assess the skills of the Horn blowers as well as the “cries” normally used to draw the attention of the dogs.
Prizes: Awards will be given to the four best competitors.
